HidraWear is the world’s first and only Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) specific wound dressing system, intended for use by people with wounds in difficult to dress areas of the body, such as the armpit, buttocks & groin. The system is made up of two parts:
The Dressings & Fastener
HidraWear dressings with SecureLock Technology are soft & super absorbent, so lock in large amounts of wound exudate. The baselayer provisionally holds the dressing in place. The fastener engages and secures the dressing through the targeted “functional windows” in the baselayer without the need for uncomfortable adhesive, tape or bandages
The Baselayer
HidraWear reusable baselayers act as a dressing retention aid. They provisionally hold the dressing in place.

Briefs for Women
HidraWear Briefs for Women is light, breathable and body conforming for maximum comfort.
Benefits:
- Secure dressing retention in the buttocks and groin
- High fitting waist band is super soft and so comfortable you’ll forget it’s even there
- Reverse seams provide smooth and frictionless movement
- Special opening in the crotch to allow a quick bathroom stop without removing garment and losing your dressings

HidraWear dressings are highly absorbent and body-conforming to ensure maximum comfort. HidraWear dressings contain an anti-strike through layer which minimises the likelihood of leaks. This means you can worry about HS less and live life more.
Dressing and Fastener system
Available in both a Standard (3″ x 5″) and Large (5½” x 7½”) size.
Our Larger dressing comes with two fasteners rather than one and are suitable for larger wounds or clusters of wounds.
